1. About This Website

This website, linearparkalliance.org (the “Site”), is the online presence of the Saint Paul Linear Park Alliance (the “Alliance”), a Minnesota nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 42-3941833). Donations to the Alliance are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

The Site is operated and managed on the Alliance’s behalf by Open Civic Intelligence Ventures LLC (“Open-CIV”), a contracted website manager that provides website management and administrative services. Open-CIV is a service provider to the Alliance; it is not a member, sponsor, donor, or governing body of the Alliance, and it does not direct or control the Alliance’s mission, positions, or activities.

SPSkyway.com is a website property owned and operated by Open Civic Intelligence Ventures LLC. References to SPSkyway.com on this Site, or links between the two sites, reflect that common website management relationship only.

2. Independence and Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

The Saint Paul Linear Park Alliance is an independent organization.

The Alliance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Friends of the Saint Paul Skyway or with any other organization, association, business, or governmental body. The only relationships disclosed on this Site are those described in Section 1 above: Open Civic Intelligence Ventures LLC serves as the Alliance’s contracted website manager, and SPSkyway.com is a website property owned and operated by Open Civic Intelligence Ventures LLC. These are service and common-management relationships only and do not constitute an affiliation, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Alliance and any other organization.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Alliance is not affiliated with, and this Site does not represent, the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, the State of Minnesota, any downtown business association or improvement district, any building owner or property manager, or any other skyway-, park-, or trail-related organization. Any reference on this Site to a third-party organization, place, program, or trademark is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply any relationship, partnership, or endorsement in either direction.

The names of third-party organizations mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective owners.
